As a speaker and author, I always seem to be surrounded by paper.  In a very short amount of time, Lisa helped me deal with file cabinets in need of cleansing, boxes in need of emptying and business documents in need of filing. Somewhere beneath the masses of moving boxes that held 11 years of accumulated “stuff”, was my basement floor.  I hadn’t seen it since we moved into our house three years prior.    I was so overwhelmed, didn’t know where to begin, so I could only stand on the bottom step and stare.  Lisa came in and really listened to what I wanted to do and was so thoughtful and nonjudgmental, knowing I was less-than-thrilled to have someone viewing my incredible disarray.  We began to bounce around ideas and in a matter of only a few hours, we had an organization plan and had made our way through half of the basement.  Without Lisa’s assistance, I would still be standing on the stairs.

Working with Lisa has not only been productive, it’s actually been fun! We’ve lived in our home for many years and raised a large family. We’ve accumulated lots of memories and even more “stuff”. I lost my wife in 2005. I have one son (13 years old) left at home and we stay very busy. I wanted to un-clutter, simplify and organize our lives. After two years of good intentions and procrastination, I just couldn’t get a good start. Then someone introduced me to H.O.P.E. 

Lisa came and dove right in.  She sized up the job, developed a plan and in a matter of just a few hours, we had one major organizing project done (a large work shop, turned storage room). It’s great to have this space back under control and usable again. Now, we’ve moved on to the garage…and after that the office! 

Lisa is terrific. She is considerate of our emotional attachment to some things but she motivated me to distinguish these from the clutter and junk. I’d recommend Lisa to anyone who in interested in simplifying and organizing their home and lives. Her logical approach and her “roll up your sleeves” attitude are the perfect combination for getting things done!

I love order and neatness, but why do I have such a hard time creating it in my home?  That was the question I always asked myself but did nothing about.  I had an obnoxiously overstuffed storage room piled high with all those essential things you think you need. 

Lisa came over one Saturday afternoon and that same afternoon, left me with an immaculate storage room with what else, available room for storage!  I couldn’t believe how much junk we tossed and how big my Goodwill pile was.  I doubt I really had an emotional attachment to ALL of those items, but it was overwhelming & intimidating. 

I was so impressed with Lisa.  She showed up on time and in a matter of minutes had a plan of attack in place.  She didn’t even gasp when I opened the storage door to unveil the abyss!  She not only gave me HOPE, she inspired me tackle a similar issue – my attic.  I’m pleased to say my unfinished attic no longer contains a single storage item because I’ve since donated those untouched boxes of “have to keep” items or neatly stored them in my storage room.  There’s even room to spare! 

Lisa was made for this kind of work and as I look around my office, I think there’s another project that has her name on it.  Lisa made the process so easy and it’s amazing how much more motivated you are with a friendly helper on your side to keep you on task.  I’ll never say I wish I wasn’t organized and you won’t either – let Lisa give you HOPE!

I am a working mother of three children and used ANY excuse not to tackle  the out-of-control MESS I called my closet...   When I found out about HOPE Organizing, I knew immediately that it was just what I needed.  My husband and I share a large walk-in closet and my husband's side was the picture of order, but my side was a mess.  It was over-stuffed with piles of clothes that I could not find a place for.   This was constantly the subject of many heated "discussions".  

Lisa came in and not only got me started with a positive attitude, but made it easy to sort through the 12 year's worth of items I had accumulated.    Eight Goodwill bags later....  I have a beautifully organized closet that my husband can look at without getting a headache!  Working with Lisa was a wonderful experience.  For busy, over-whelmed people like me... Lisa is a valuable resource!
